Einstein once said, “In the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity.” This is so relevant to the current situation we’re in now.
If you’re ready to reset, stay focus, and be prepared for the upswing after COVID-19, now is the time to get your thinking and act together.
If you’ve lost your job, think how you will launch yourself back into the market. I want to emphasise that losing a job doesn’t mean you lose your experiences and skills.
If you've lost businesses, this is the time to get extremely creative. I won't even say think outside the box. I'd say think without any boundary. Think with the creativity of a child, act without fear.
So my message to you is.... Start your preparation now for the future that is still in your hand and stay focus.
I know that you have what it takes to ride through this adversity.
If you still feel stuck and need further guidance, take action now to reach out to me for a FREE 30 minutes "Quicksand Rescue" session. This is my gift to you. I cannot promise you'll be transformed but I can promise to give you a good nudge to get you unstuck ; )

No you don't need those superhero outfit to face up to the challenges, although (if it helps), you can imagine wearing one. My favourite was the Wonder Woman outfit!
Now back to the COVID-19 challenges, almost everyone had it quite hard. Some countries' leaders are providing financial support to help their people but not every country is in that position to do so. So the human nations need to find ways to look out for each other.
Every situation in life makes us stronger and tougher when we face up to the challenges. We can use those situations to train our mindset, stretch our thinking and change the stories we tell ourselves. Difficult situations produce tough and successful people.
COVID-19 is different, it will produce tough, successful, compassionate and kind people, people who will pay it forward in the future to help lift someone else's spirits so that they can get themselves out of the quicksand.
Our mind has an amazing power to adjust and adapt to what you feed into it and trust that you have the ability to decide what to feed it.
I've been sharing a few strategies in my video series and keeping them simple. I'm a fan of practising "Simplicity is the path to Clarity" and "Less is More".
Mindset work is not an overnight job. It takes time to shift. If you've been following the series, I know that you have what it takes to make it happen for yourself and to help others.
If you've missed the previous 2 videos, be sure to watch them. They are my gifts to you during this difficult times. Take care and stay safe. Much love to all.
Quicksand is a situation where the victim starts sinking down into the muck; and panicking only makes it worse.
What we’re going through now is a quicksand situation. It drives us into a panic mode, out of control, it can damage our ability to think, to focus and to remain confident.
Some may have found a way out but most people are still stuck. What are the strategies to get out of the "Quicksand"?
Some of the strategies in the video will help.
The reason why this COVID-19 series videos are made is that I want to and will continue to reach out to help. Remember that COVID-19 will become history but YOU will come out of this stronger and tougher; and you will create your own history.
PS: If you missed the previous episode, be sure to go back and catch it.
I stopped watching the news.
I don't count the number of days in lockdown.
I decided to focus on what I CAN do and not what I can't do.
I've gone through challenges especially feeling despair I was unable to support my family 8000km away when they needed help...
Some say COVID-19 is a strange time, others say it's extremely despairing. It doesn't matter what others say, what matters is what you think and say to yourself.
In times of adversity, no matter what is thrown at us, there are ways we can support ourselves, build our character, our tenacity and our resilience. This is when we leverage what we're going through to build stronger and better "tools" to help us overcome adversity and not let the situation paralyses us.
I wanted to do what I can to reach out and help. This is the first of my COVID-19 series on overcoming adversity. And it is my gift to you during this time that we all know "COVID-19" will go into history and that we've learned something from it and become stronger and tougher.
Take care and stay safe. Much love to all.

I recently had a Vision Boarding workshop to help people create an empowering vision board to help them manifest their dreams into reality.
I may not be able to reach out to you in person (in my workshop), but I can still create this video to give you some guidance and with the hope it will help you get started with your vision board creation.
Whether we choose to believe it or not, we are what we focus on and what we teach our mind to focus us becomes reality.
If you've done a vision board before, I'd love to hear from you how have you manifested your dreams into reality. If you have not done a vision board before and are curious or interested to create one now, this video will be timely to help you.
To support you further, I have a Facebook group for interested people to join, share, exchange ideas, inspire, encourage and empower each other in living our dreams. Leave me a message if you'd like to join my "Live Your Dreams" group. :)
Enjoy the video! Don't forget to be awesome to you and people around you because you can create positive ripples in your life and influence others. See you in the next episode. x
